1942 Singer Model 99 sewing machine, serial # AG-405300. It's a great little workhorse - iron head, quiet, strong, and smooth running, yet considered a lighter weight (for iron machines!) portable. 22 lb (30 lbs in case) 3/4 size, mounted in 1950's Singer case, and has its original foot controller. This came to me from a friend's relative's estate; it seems to have been extremely well maintained. Someone replaced the original power cords with modern ones, and it seems well-tuned and adjusted. Everything works, including light. Rare matte crinkle finish. Original gold lettering and graphics mostly rubbed off, but the only very obvious wear is that the thumb lever has worn coating/paint, see photos. These are straight-stitch only and can do from long to very fine stitches. Quite strong! Uses Class 66 bobbins. Will be packed securely for shipping; these are heavy. I also have this listed in local marketplaces so the listing may be canceled at any time.
